After spending years building my career as a successful wedding photographer, everything changed when I become a mother. When I gave birth to our daughter, it was eye-opening and truly a spiritual experience. I fell in love with researching the physiology of natural birth and the beauty behind God's creation. I thought, how can I serve my couples after the wedding day? I began to think about more ways that I can impact others with my photography and my knowledge of pregnancy and birth. So that has brought me here... capturing these moments for my brides and their partners, as they embark on this new journey into motherhood, while also providing support as a birth doula and empowering expecting mothers to trust their bodies and to advocate for them during the childbirth process.

my why...
In all that I do, my wonderful husband Christian and my daughter Luna are my motivation. Time spent with them is even more precious now, so I understand the importance of capturing memories together.

My faith
I gave birth to our baby girl Luna Rey at home and it was the most incredible experience. This is what sparked my interest in helping other women have a positive birth experience too. Click here to view my birth story and get a glimpse of how it was.
my home birth
I believe that birth is not something to fear. A normal physiologic labor and birth is one that is powered by the innate human capacity of the woman and fetus. This birth is more likely to be safe and healthy because there is no unnecessary intervention that disrupts normal physiologic processes.
my philosophy
My approach to anything I capture is to tell a story. My goal is for you to be able to look at a photograph and feel all the emotions of that time in your life. I'm all about the little, in-between, imperfect and unposed moments.
